William’s Walk is a Memphis organization committed to pedestrian safety, inspired by the loss of our son William in a 2022 pedestrian crash. Through advocacy, education, and policy reform, we aim to prevent future tragedies, in partnership with Innovate Memphis, a 501(c)(3). We invite You to sponsor our Inaugural William’s Walk on June 14, 2025, at Overton Park Pavilion, held the Saturday before William’s 17th birthday.

Sponsorship Opportunities (Tax-Deductible):

  • Presenting Sponsor ($2,500): “Presented by…” branding, large logo on t-shirts, banners, website; three dedicated social media posts; speaking opportunity at the event. Facebook posts and graphics will be updated to include “Presented by…” 
  • Community Partner ($1,000): Medium logo on t-shirts, signage, website; two social media posts; verbal acknowledgment at the event.
  • Supporter ($750): Small logo on signage, website; one social media mention.
  • Friends of William’s Walk ($400): Name on website, group social media post.
  • In-Kind Sponsor: Recognition on signage, social media for donations (e.g., water, snacks, printing).
